“NO.21 platform” was established to allow Hong Kong Down syndrome patients and their families to make appointments for home support services through the app. The purpose of the whole plan is to hope that patients and their families can get a chance to relieve stress at home. At the same time, the service scope of the community day center and resources are expanded to places outside the center. And let the public have a leading opportunity to contact and get to know the families with special needs in the society, so as to achieve the effect of community inclusiveness.

Therefore, reason for the name of the platform is lies in the problem of the twenty-first pair of chromosomes in the gene. I hope to transform this “label” into a funny image through the logo design. And let everyone who uses this platform embrace this cute and unique “sign” again. In addition, some art elements have also been added to the home services, including the hosting aids “anti-learning creation package”. Participants explore the methods and purposes of anti-learning by using various handicraft materials to create their own hand-made works.

「NO.21」的建立是讓香港唐氏綜合症患者與家人可以透過應用程式去預約在家支援服務，以達到緩解家庭壓力的效果。同時把日間展能中心的服務範疇及資源擴展到中心以外的地方，並讓大眾有機會去接觸及認識社會上有特殊需要的家庭。

「NO.21」故名思義在於基因中第二十一對染色體的問題，藉著品牌將這個標籤轉化為較可愛、趣怪而又獨特的形象。而且居家服務中亦加入了包含藝術元素的「反學習包」，讓參加者透過創作從而探求學習的方法與目的。
