Midnight Oil

Insomnia makes people depressed. It is because the brain cannot stop thinking even when people feel exhausted. Currently, people promote peace of mind activities as the only solution such as meditation, white noise and yoga. However, getting out of bed and finding something to do can also help you understand yourself and feel better. Thus, this project aims to design a mobile app for users to find night leisure activities and new hobbies. It is hoped that users can have a meaningful night time with this app.

失眠這個狀態是痛苦的。儘管身體有多疲勞,

思緒完全停不了。現時市場將冥想、白噪音、瑜伽等方法推廣為解決思緒混亂的主要途徑。但除了平靜心靈的活動,離開床舖找「細藝」亦有助自我了解和反思過往糾結的問題。故此計劃設計手機應用程式向用戶建議夜間消閑活動,讓用戶發掘新興趣。在發掘新事物的途中得到不同看法,用別的角度解開心結。希望用戶使用此應用程式能輕鬆地渡過失眠時間。
