The Anatomy of Human Privacy

by Tsang Pui Ling, Renee

In today’s advanced technological society, we often mention “big data.” But, how does “big data” come? Where did it come from? We all have a fear of “big data”... However, “big data” can bring positive or adverse effects. The main problem is how people use the data.

My works will focus on human anatomy, and this concept will make it easier for the public to understand the “big data” issue. The collection of “big data” comes from our bodies, and the trash can is the easiest way to collect our data. Therefore, I will display my works in an operating room installation. This installation will contain human privacy structure diagrams, garbage radiography, career and marriage blood type bags, and a collection of merchants to collect human privacy —information book.

Let the public explore what privacy of human beings can be collected and what businesses do to collect people’s privacy. I hope that the public can reflect on their privacy through this work. And we can think about the good or bad of our sharing of privacy.
