To reduce panic disorder sufferers’ surrounding people being overwhelmed when people with panic disorder are in panic attacks, this picture book combines panic disorder respondents’ experiences as a new story. Watercolour illustrations from the picture book present sufferers’ different emotions from the sufferers’ views, also design ‘fear’ as a character to represent panic disorder. Audiences can use a 3D glasses filter board to read the POV scenes of sufferers when they are in panic attacks. Besides the picture book, it has side products, including feeling cards, leaflets, book packages and Instagram. For feeling cards, it can replenish the picture book content about sufferers’ innermost feelings, and leaflets to give audiences panic disorder information. This project can help audiences understand more panic disorder sufferers’ situations and how to deal with sufferers.

通過設計這繪本以減少驚恐症患者身邊人面對著患者驚恐突襲時的不知所措，這繪本故事將會以驚恐症患者的角度呈現，還設計了「怕怕」這個角色代表著驚恐症。讀者更可以利用3D眼鏡濾鏡體驗患者驚恐突襲的第一身視覺場景，書中還以水彩插畫呈現患者的情緒。除了繪本外，也附有周邊產品，如感受卡可以補充繪本未能提及患者深處感受的內容。
