In this stressful society, people are often forced out of their comfort zones, and into the feeling of discomfort. Since people like to feel comfortable, everyone does what they can do to get to their most comfortable moment. In challenging situations, however, it is difficult to overcome feelings of frustration and get out of discomfort.

《追適族》is a fictional story that shows people how they can find ways to make themselves comfortable. The illustration book describes the main character「適適」and how its tribe takes actions to resolve their feelings of discomfort.

Everyone is bound to have uncomfortable moments. But we should confront our uncomfortable moments to figure out what we need to do, and regain our comfort.
