Introduction:
Pyramid scheme is one of the oldest scheme in human history, although it is considered an Illegal business practice, some still achieved legitimation through process likes sales pitch.The reasons for the public being deceived are mostly money temptation and gambler mentality.
This project will try to explore and expose all the words and deeds of different people when facing the pyramid scheme through the form of short film.
Story Outline:
Protagonist was just an ordinary youth, who don't have a job, and motivation. One day, an old friend suddenly approaches him, after his friend shared his good life and his income, successfully arousing the interest of the protagonist, they made an appointment to have a meal together. In the restaurant, the protagonist met his friend and the friend’s boss, after getting an insight of their life, the boss invited him to a visit of his company. From this moment on, the protagonist will have to face the struggle between money, innerself, and humanity…

金字塔騙局是人類歷史上最古老的騙局之一,雖然它被認為是一種非法的商業模式,但有些人仍然透過商業話術等方式使其合法化。民眾受騙的原因,大多是被金錢所誘惑或是受賭徒心態影響。這個項目將嘗試透過微電影的形式,去探索和揭露不同的人在面對金字塔式騙局時的各種言行舉止。
故事大綱:
主角是一個普通的青年,沒有工作,且缺乏生活動力。某日,一位老朋友突然向他傳送信息,並分享了他美好的工作生活和極高收入後,成功引起了主角的興趣,於是他們相約一起用膳敘舊。於餐廳裏,主角遇到了他的朋友,以及其上司,在了解了他們豐富的工作生活後,上司見其興趣十足,便邀請主角到其公司參觀。從這一刻起,主角將不得不面對金錢、內心和人性之間的鬥爭...
