This meditation app uses the principles of UX/UI design to enhance meditative experiences, namely through a custom and personalized approach. The app also pairs with a sleeping cabin to extend meditative sensory experiences.
We know that Hong Kong is a busy and high-pressured place. Near 60% of people have a mental health problem. During my research, I found that being focused and concentrated is important for reducing stress and anxiety. Meditation can help, but people have different preferences when meditating.
To promote meditation as a good habit, Bubbilization offers a customizable experience that allows users to create and share their preferred method of meditation.
To extend this meditative experience further, users can pair the sleeping cabin with the app to ‘get away’ to a place of their choice. This can help cultivate users’ meditative habits.
以UX/UI設計增強冥想的體驗,並讓用戶創建自己的的冥想體驗。該流動應用程式可以連接到艙,將冥想的體驗擴展到五種感官。同時創建一個私人空間。
香港是一個繁忙、高壓和繁亂的地方。
近60%的人有精神健康問題。在研究中,我發現集中注意力可以幫助減輕壓力和焦慮。冥想正是做相同的方法去建立習慣,所以我採訪冥想的人和沒有冥想的人。
我發現人們對冥想有不同的偏好。因此,我為冥想新手創建了一種療程,讓他們自己去尋找自己冥想的方法。有經驗的人也可以製造出自己獨有的一套的程序,他們也可在程式上分享他們的冥想經驗。睡眠艙在冥想過程中提供了更全方位的滿足感。睡眠艙提供不同的感官模擬,為用戶提供一個遠離城市的模擬空間,從而培養冥想的習慣。
