Do you think you feel less happiness when you grow up? Is it because you lose your smile?

A research in 2019 estimated that about 37% of the population above 18 in Hong Kong suffer from depression, the number is similar to the region in terrorist attacks or disasters. How to deal with the bad mood has become an important everyday task for every Hong Kong people.
Cry is easily stereotyped as a bad emotion. In fact, crying makes you feel better than smiling when you are stressed or depressed. Crying can help us seek assistance and protection from others. Which is similar to what we will do when we see a cute baby or animal infant.
