Project Background

Today, the "Tang Ping" Culture has become a trend in young people's lives, reflecting their reflection on and challenge to the traditional standards of success. Against this background, we have launched a General University Program (GUR) called "Five Passions" to help students who are about to enter society and face life's uncertainties to explore and find their true passions. It can stimulate a deep-seated motivation in every student, helping them to move forward courageously in the future.

• The program is divided into three phases and consists of nine lessons, guiding students to find their passion • Each lesson includes exercises to help students identify their passions • The program assesses students progress and provides support accordingly • A mobile app is provided for students to learn and record their daily reflections

Project Objective

• Help them gain a deeper understanding of their interests, values and strengths • Evaluate options and goals and encourage students to step out of their comfort zones and take on new challenges • Regularly reviewing their progress can boost self-confidence • Help students set short and long-term personal goals
