Do you think you are not confident enough? Do you feel nervous about your presentation, interview, public show or even competition?
I think I am not mastering all these questions but getting better at it. I believe that is what sports brings me. Sport is a wonderful thing. I found sports bring out lots of positive changes to me and make me a better person. So I wish to share what I've learnt through those ups and downs and how sports affects my life. Besides, I want to help people who are struggling with self-confidence issues like me, and tell people how to apply my sportsman perspective to tackling their daily challenges.



相信對這套書有興趣的你,有可能是因為好奇而閱讀這本書、有可能是運動員而有相同經歷、有可能是曾經對自己失去信心、亦有可能是一位認識我的人。
無論甚麼原因也好,我想以一個素人運動員的身份,與你分享我經歷過的高低,甚至運動對我人生的改變、我用甚麼方法去建立自信、怎樣擁抱低潮。
我並不期望你看完我的分享後能夠知識滿滿,充滿正能量的完成這個「旅程」,但至少給我一個機會,帶你認識一下香港的運動員究竟是怎樣一直堅持到現在。
