Non-mainstream or indie songs have grown in popularity in Hong Kong over the last decade, as evidenced by recent trends. This type of song, on the other hand, gives the public a deep-seated impression of being relatively poor and has a vulgar feel to it. This project hope that through the works, the audience will gain a preliminary understanding of the original meaning and true meaning of this type of song, al-
lowing them to promote Hong Kong's non-mainstream music and understand the meaning in a more gentle and approachable manner.
在近年的趨勢可見，香港的非主流或獨立歌曲比以往十年的熱度增強了。可是這類型的歌曲給子市民根深蒂固的印象都是比較差，亦有著一種低俗的感覺。作者希望透過作品，分觀眾初步了解這類型歌曲的原意和真正想帶出的意義，使觀眾用另一種比較溫和而容易接觸的方式以推廣香港非主流音樂和了解當中的意義。
透過各種產品和書刊希望能夠給子不同年齡層觀眾對非主流歌曲有一個新的印象和有新的層面以支持香港獨立歌曲和承傳這種文化。
