Nowadays, young women grow up with anxieties due to their over-emphasis on appearance. It was found that female is more likely to scrutinize their appearance, leading to appearance anxiety and even depression, especially from age 16 to 21, which the target audience is primarily high school and university students.Therefore inspired me to design "MIRROR MIRROR." it is a tool that assists counselors, social workers, and teachers while consulting for adolescents & teens.This project aims to make young women realize the importance of inner beauty and embrace their uniqueness, which will benefit their self-mental development in the long term.
如今社會中，不少年輕女性在成長過程中由於過度強調外表而導致產生情緒焦慮。我發現女性更容易審視自己的外表，導致情緒低落甚至抑鬱，尤其是16至21歲，其目標受眾主要是高中和大學學生的女性。因此激發了我設計 「MIRROR MIRROR」的靈感。雖名為桌遊，但它更是一個幫助諮詢師、社會工作者和教師在為青少年提供諮詢時可用的工具。這個專案旨在讓年輕女性意識到內在美的重要性，並擁抱自己的獨特性，有利於他們的自我心理發展。
